Strive is an AI-powered learning platform that builds you a personalized course from a single sentence about what you want to learn.
You arrive at Strive with a goal — "I want to understand transformer neural networks", "I'm prepping for the AWS Solutions Architect exam", "I want to be conversational in Mandarin in three months" — and a few honest sentences about what you already know. Strive's AI takes those answers and builds you a course shaped to your starting point and your destination. Not a generic syllabus. Yours.
The core loop
Strive is built around a tight, repeatable cycle:
- Tell us what you want to learn. A four-step wizard asks for your goal, your prior knowledge, the depth you want, and any specific outcomes you care about. A live AI agent helps you refine the structure before you commit.
- Generate the course. Strive plans modules and lessons end-to-end. You see the structure first, approve it, then start studying.
- Study lessons on demand. Each lesson is generated the moment you click into it — typed blocks of explanation, code, diagrams, math, and small inline checks stream onto the page block by block.
- Confirm understanding. Two surfaces measure whether ideas are sticking: a module quiz at the end of each module that tests synthesis across lessons, and a daily spaced-review queue of small retrieval-practice cards extracted from your lessons.
- Repeat. Add new courses, return to old ones, watch your library grow.
What makes it different
A few things set Strive apart from other AI study tools:
- Generation is on-demand, not pre-baked. Lessons are written when you reach them, so the curriculum responds to where you are in the course rather than being one fixed PDF.
- Two-layered assessment. Module quizzes test cross-lesson understanding. The spaced-review queue keeps the atomic ideas from each lesson warm long after you've closed the page. Together, they apply two well-studied techniques — synthesis and retrieval practice — to actually move material into long-term memory.
- Your answers shape the course, not a template. The number of modules, the depth tier, and the specific lessons inside each module are derived from what you said in the wizard. A beginner wanting "an intro to React" gets a different course than a senior backend engineer wanting "React for someone who already knows the DOM cold".
- Privacy is real. Notes, bookmarks, and quiz attempts never feed back into generation, recommendations, or another learner's view.
What Strive is not
Strive is not a tutor in your pocket that grades essays. It is not a flashcard app. It is not a course catalogue you browse. It is a personalized course generator — every course you study was built for you, in response to your specific goal.
If you have a topic you want to actually learn (not just sample), Strive is built for that.
